So ... it's been a while!

Well it's been a while since I last posted here.   Things had  taken a turn or the good the worst the bad and the best.    All in all life has  kept going.   Really everything is perfectly fine.   So  I was sitting playing my Secondlife (yes  I do that kind of stuff and design if I don't have designer's block)    And  wanted to do a blog for fashion for SL.   Never  is much  northern / viking / winterfell type  medieval clothing.   It's always  ...  well that's a whole different realm and subject *laughs*

As you know my hearing hasn't improved.  Nor has my vision But   either way I'm good!   Haven't worked in a while due to  the economy.   Remember that post about To Booth or not to Booth?  Heh   It's like this. No clientele   no money to buy your own supplies and  renting a booth can either make or break you.   So  working in a salon  is  on hold for now.

Then comes ... Oh  yes I'm diabetic now.   Luckily I'm on Medicaid since I am not working.   Problem is. If I work I lose my medicaid.  Lose my medicaid I have like  800 dollar  bill   every month on top o  4oo dollar every three month checkup.   So    that makes it a tad bit difficult don't you think?  

So  with that figured  just focus on trying to get my exams taken care of and pass it.  Oh yes I passed the  practical with flying colors.   I didn't pass the Written cause I missed it by   3 points.   Nice eh?   So I need to retake the written.   Yes I can do it! I will do it!!   First ... need the  $80  to do it.  I love how it takes  boocoo bucks to be able to get in the next step of your life and hopefully  back to work.   But really in the end it does pay for it's self.     But this time I'm not going to  ask for a modified  exam book.  Where they enlarged the words for me.    This time I'm going to do it via computer.  Shouldn't be too difficult.  What was difficult for me being blind is having to fill in those lil circles.   AH  Nightmare!   Brings back memories from the old TAAS / SAT  tests in Texas *laughs*  

So  with that I'm doing good.   Still dealing with some ups and downs but I still never lost my passion for  Nails and Beauty.   I think I'm going to work on getting back into it. Some how  Just need to buy supplies *smiles*
